Our story began
at home.
As we bring our 1925 Spanish Revival home in Historic Old Northwood back to life, it continues to teach us that the rooms people remember are not simply beautiful. They are warm, personal and alive.
It started at home
The house
came first.
When we began restoring our home, we wanted more than a beautifully finished interior. We wanted rooms that drew us in, inspired us and made us want to linger.
A neighbor once reminded us that a house that has truly been lived in will never be perfect. Our doors may not align exactly and the floors may creak, but those details give the house its warmth, character and story. They are part of what makes it feel like home.
We began searching for vintage pieces, furniture, art and lighting that could create that feeling. Some came home with us. Others were too good to leave behind but not right for our rooms, so we found them new homes. Each sale helped carry the restoration forward.
What began as a way to fund the work became something larger: a way to help others create homes that feel warm, expressive and deeply their own. Friends asked where we found everything. Buyers returned. Heritage took shape.
Today, we still choose every piece personally. We are not interested in age for its own sake. We look for warm materials, honest patina, thoughtful design and the kind of presence that makes you pause.
We choose vintage for more than how it looks. We choose it for how it makes a home feel.
